So I headed over to Best Buy today, 
and what do I see?
A line of tents wrapped around the building waiting for the Playstation 3. This pic at left is an actual image from the front of the North Dartmouth store this morning (Courtesy, well not really, of the Sub-Standard Times). I know too that there Standard Times webmaster, James Gagne, who is also the lead singer of Shipyard Wreck, is probably gonna kill me for hotlinking the image. But hey, I just got 400 or so people from across the country to check out your site. Plus, my 3 year old daughter plays better drums than Pete.
So yeah, they were camped out, like homeless people, I felt like giving them my business card. Now evidently a lot of people are planning on selling this thing for $2000 a pop.
I just wonder if anyone realizes that these things will be like $300 by the middle of the summer.

This is pretty frightening.
Evidently UCLA Police at least to me went a bit overboard with a TAZER. There is video of it here (warning a bit disturbing and profanity), and a bit of a debate over at the WoW. To me, fine, the guy wasn't listening and refusing to comply to Police requests, so then to Tazer a handcuffed suspect becuase he refuses to stand?
Ahh, this should make the Evangelicals happy.

Mitt Rommey is Crazy...
As a cristian I am is writen in the Bible that all this will happen but also the bible says that "must happen", Gays claim to be prosecuted just because some people reject them... yet they have their homes and a nice car and a "loving partner" that is not prosecution.... prosecuted have been and always been the Cristian because the bible is hard on what the world loves the most... I personally wouldn't be fighting a cause to get gay marriage banned... impossition is not an answer for something every single person has to solve in their hearts.
Animals go to hell? oh wow go read the Bible animals are actually in a better possition than gays, they don't go to heaven or hell. Humans are all eternal we all go to heaven or hell.
Love is responsible and if the Bible say something is a sin... that is what my mouth will say because "I Love".

what a dumby why police wouldn't be there to protect the people, just by the fact that they are alone and carrying money and sleeping outside.
That is the bad thing about US they always wait until things happen, "because they didn't think about it" oh they should know better the world is turning into a cold place. In Latin America you easily get killed for wearing nice shoes and nice cloth or get killed for stopping at the red light after 10PM 'cause someone want to steal your car (no matter if is a junk, its still a car).
